Little Sunshines accepts a variety of items and selling to us is simple
Babies · Toddler · Kids · Footwear · Accessories · Maternity wear · Nursing wear · Gear & More
· Sizes Preemie → 12 Youth
· Footwear up to size 5 Youth
· Matching Mommy/Daddy & me outfits
· Brand new with or without tags, excellent and very good condition items (free from holes, stains, pet hair, excessive wear, etc)
· Holiday items accepted 3 months prior to event
· Leg warmers, headbands, bow ties + ties, suspenders etc
· Sleepsacks, swaddles, bunting bags & stroller blankets, carrier & wraps, stroller & nursing covers, diaper bags
· Diaper bags, Swaddle Pillows/Loungers & Nursing Pillows
· Gently used newer modelled breast pumps & accessories in excellent working condition and sterilized
· Small baby toys such as stroller toys, rattles, security blankets, etc that are in new or excellent condition
· Select wooden/open ended toys, small in size
· Children’s books
· NEW teethers, pacifier clips & pacifiers, bibs, baby feeding supplies, wet bags
· Like new Silicone & Bamboo Dishes
· Small accessories such as baby monitors, wipe warmers, sound machines, night lights, etc
· Milestone or Memory book memorabilia
· We love small and local shop brands!
If you have something that is Brand new in package and not listed, please send us a message to ask! Chances are we just may take it!
We focus on higher quality brands. Why? These items last longer, giving them more life to be shared among our littles vs. brands that only get a couple of wears out of them (see our list of Brands we love at the bottom of this page)
What we DON'T accept
· Items that are unclean, stained, ripped, have excessive wear, pilling, are faded or damaged (missing buttons, broken zipper, broken hems, items without tags/sizes etc.) and items with excessive pet hair
· Undergarments, used socks, cloth diapers & inserts
· Sheets, blankets, cloths
· Change pads, Furniture, Jumpers, Play Mats, Seats & High chairs etc
· Toddler + big toys
· Used Bottles & nipples
· We cannot accept items that have been recalled or are not deemed safe by Health Canada
· We are currently not accepting most George, Pekkle, Koala Baby, Monkey Bars, Cherokee, Circo & Gerber items.
· If there is an item that you are unsure about, note it into the comments of our drop off request form and we will let you know if we accept it or not
How it works
1. Wash, sort through a minimum of 25 items and remove any items we do not accept that are stained, ripped, have excessive wear or are damaged. Items must also be smoke-free and pet-hair free. Pack items in totes, boxes, baskets or reusable bags (*please no plastic bags!*) folded neatly or laying flat. Make sure they are fresh + clean at time of drop off- condition is what counts!
2. Fill out our Drop off Request form and we will be in contact with you via text or email to arrange a time between 8am-8pm to drop off along with our specific location in Brussels. Make sure your packages have your name clearly written on them so we know they are from you!
3. Wait while we sort- don't worry we are quick! We will sort through your items 1 by 1, leaving any unwanted items for you to come pick up. We will contact you within 3 days with an offer and arrange a pickup time for any unwanted items. (Or unwanted items can be donated to a local charitable centre) So expect a text or email from us! We take pride in shopping for on trend, great quality items that are in demand which takes some time to ensure, thus the short wait time.
4. Sellers are paid based off a scale up to 40% off resale value. (Based on demand of item, rarity, quality & condition and brand.) If you accept our offer, we will send you a EMT (Electronic Money Transfer) or store credit. Should you choose a store credit, you will receive 20% higher than cash back. NOTE: If you do not accept our offer, your items will be stored for pickup within 3 days.
Any items not picked up within 1 week will automatically be added to our inventory or sent to donations.
