Damaged goods: While every effort is made on our part to ensure that our resale merchandise is in excellent condition (OR disclosed to you when it's not), we are human and from time to time we can miss minor things while sorting through items. We offer a 100% money-back guaranteed on items having damage that was not disclosed in the product listing online, excluding shipping fees. Please keep in mind that damage needs to affect the item in a way that prevents wear or use to qualify for a money back refund. Damaged items do not need to be returned. Simply email us a photo of the damage, and we will process your refund.
